Sammi has recently joined our team at Active+ in Ellerslie, she has completed her Physiotherapy degree at Auckland University of Technology. Sammi's interests are exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy for acute injuries as well as gym based rehabilitation post injury/surgery. Throughout the week Sammi runs multiple classes in the clinic including the Active Gold and Group Studio classes. Sammi enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, being active, going to the gym and the beach.
My Goals
- To integrate a variety of different manual therapy into my practice
- To run a half marathon by the end of 2021
