On the 5th day of Kirihimete, Active+ gave to me….. 5 minutes in the day to just ‘be’.
We all know that this is a crazy time of year, but we challenge you to take just 5 minutes out of your day to enjoy this guided meditation practice by the wonderful Mindfulorg. This is a powerful guided meditation which cultivates gratitude by working through the senses, whilst also reminding us to be grateful for the little things around us such as the smell of bread baking or hearing children laughing outside. Meditation improves memory, creativity, concentration levels and can make you feel energised. Slow down and take 5 minute challenge to just be!
