One of our Dieticians Angela Berrill from ABC Nutrition has developed a delicious asparagus and feta vegetarian frittata recipe for those warm summer evenings. Asparagus is currently in season, it has a distinctive flavour and is one of the best natural sources of folate! This recipe is vegetarian friendly, and is a good source of veggies, protein, calcium and folate. Enjoy!
