Osteoarthritis Programme

At Active+ we understand that living with Osteoarthritis (OA) in your hip or knee can sometimes be a struggle and have a large impact on your day-to-day life. We have created a seven week free programme, which brings New Zealander’s like you together, to teach you how to manage your OA and get you back doing the activities you love.

The programme is a combination of education and exercise delivered by a team of experts who will work closely with you and a group of others. You will learn about the benefits of exercise and healthy eating, pain management and the safe use of medication.
