We're pleased to announce that Active+ is one of eight suppliers who will be delivering the ACC New Zealand Integrated Care Pathways Musculoskeletal programme (knee, shoulder, lumbar spine) nationally. The ICP contract is a fully funded programme designed for patients, putting them at the centre of their recovery by focusing on their outcomes and rehabilitation goals. This is achieved through allowing the care team to decide the appropriate service inputs that a patient requires and coordinating these services in a streamlined and efficient manner, rather than providing services in isolation.

We're excited to work with likeminded healthcare providers to deliver this service. Having experience delivering the ACC ECP Pilot over the last 4 years, which has shaped the design of the ICP service, we are confident that our model provides physios, surgeons and allied health providers with clinical autonomy, the removal of administration barriers, and allows clinicians to maximise time with patients. As an allied health led company, we have rehabilitation at our core which translates into strong support for our ICP model to work with all independent physio clinics and allied health providers.
