Active+ Counties is based in the centre of Papakura, Auckland within a busy accident and medical centre and we have a position available from November 2025 working alongside our multidisciplinary team in South Auckland.

About the role:

This position would suit an occupational therapist who wants to work part-time or as a contractor.  We aim to provide our staff with maximum flexibility in their roles including selecting the hours that suit your lifestyle as we value work-life balance.

The role would involve assessment and treatment of clients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries under the ACC Concussion Service contract.

We work closely with psychologists, medical specialists, speech language therapists to provide comprehensive care to clients who are trying to regain independence following concussion injury.

To be successful you will need:

• Determination to offer high quality care to our clients.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience as an occupational therapist (essential) preferably having worked with clients who have mild to moderate traumatic brain injuries previously.
• A fun personality to work alongside our energetic and friendly team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• A valid NZ work visa.
• A current NZ annual practicing certificate.
