Andy is a shareholding director with extensive experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and business. He has an executive role as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing the operational arm of the business, and has been with Active⁺ for over 16 years in a number of roles. Andy is a Charted Member of the Institute of Directors.

Cornè Mackie

Cornè is a shareholding director, who is a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with a decade of experience in psychology, 5 years’ experience in delivering managerial services under Active⁺, and a background in business management. Corne has an executive role of Chief of Business Development supporting the implementation of our strategic direction, responsible for expanding our services and finding innovative healthcare solutions to meet the current and future needs of our clients. Corne is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Dr Manoj Patel

Dr Manoj Patel is passionate about, and committed to, improving the healthcare journey of patients.

He has led several key healthcare innovations, including the ACC Escalated Care and High-Tech Imaging initiatives. Throughout his career Manoj has gained experience across a number of domains including digital health, health information and publishing, medical administration as a Director of Medical Services, clinical governance, and health innovation through the re-design of services to be focused on the patient.

Manoj has complemented his training as a doctor with an MBA from Harvard Business School. More recently he has gained his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and he has become a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

John Etherington

John Etherington is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of healthcare experience in the private and public health sector, and 25 years’ experience in financial and commercial management. With a wealth of experience in various roles, John has developed a broad skill set that encompasses business management, due diligence practices and governance roles on participant boards. He has extensive knowledge in high-quality financial management, financial control, compliance, and business process improvement. John has been the Finance Projects Lead at Southern Cross Healthcare for two years.
