Active+ Howick and Highbrook provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to clients from the East Auckland area. We have a full time position for an Occupational Therapist available from the end of March 2023 for either an employed role  or working as a contractor.

We are looking for an individual with:

• An experienced OT with a background in delivering rehabilitation to ACC clientele or in the community.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work autonomously but also as part of our close knit team with in house supervision and learning supports from senior management.
• The ideal candidate will deliver across a range of services but have a strong background in concussion and traumatic brain injury as well as an interest in health promotion and wellbeing support for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role is very flexible and generally will involve provision of comprehensive care to clients who are trying to regain independence following injury alongside a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, OT's, psychologists and medical specialists. We are open to working with hours that work for you and you can work from home as it suits you and your needs.
