As an Occupational Therapist at Active+ Northland, you will have the opportunity to work in the community throughout Northland, providing essential services to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist in our Northland team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals to determine their needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborating effectively within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver holistic care.
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records.
• Stay current with best practice and emerging trends in occupational therapy

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration and practicing certificate with the New Zealand Occupational Therapy Board.
• Experience or interest in ACC housing modifications, wheelchair and seating assessments, and concussion management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
