About

Connor has 9 years’ experience working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in New Zealand and Ireland. He has a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine, providing him with a superior level of skills for assessing and rehabilitating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. He also completed a postgraduate certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy run by the New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association) and is certified and experienced in the teaching of mat-based Pilates and dry needling treatment for myofascial-related pain. His special interests include shoulder and spinal injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as sport-specific and gym-based rehabilitation. Outside of work, Connor enjoys keeping active with regular running, hiking, and gym exercise.
