Sarah Parry is a qualified Master Trainer and Pilates Instructor from African, Europe and now here in New Zealand. Her internationally recognised qualifications are with The Australian Institute of Fitness and Stott Pilates. Sarah is also a freelance fitness TV presenter, boot camp trainer and balances a busy family life. Her latest sport is stand up paddle boarding and can be seen trying not to fall into the icy sea off our local beaches!
