About

Sophie graduated from the University of Otago in 2019 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She completed her junior rotations at Palmerston North Hospital, where she gained a wide range of experience in inpatient, outpatient and neuro-rehabilitation.

She has moved to Active+ to pursue a career in the private sector where she enjoys seeing a wide range of clientele. Her passion is helping people regain function and quality of life after both sporting and non-sporting injuries.

She has completed a Vestibular Rehabilitation course in 2022 and is looking to further her study in this, as well as other courses such as Dry Needling.
