About

Tara graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 2014. Following graduation Tara moved across the ditch to Canberra where she worked in Occupational Rehabilitation for the next 3 ½ years. After starting to develop a slight Australian accent Tara decided it was time to move back home closer to family, continue practicing Occupational Therapy and go into partnership buying the Warkworth Fitness Centre. Tara has a particular interest in pain management and has attended a few courses which were run by the NOI Group – The “Pain Guru’s”

Complete Level 1 and 2 Pilates Mat Course

Improve my cooking skills – which I have a way to go

Try and have a life between my OT and gym work!
