The clinic is located at 19 Auburn Street, Grafton (Building 2) and is fully wheelchair accessible.

Our Auckland Clinical Suite in Grafton is where a range of health professionals provide care and support for our patients. The clinic is shared with Southern Cross Wellness Partners, who also deliver clinical services from this location, creating a calm, professional, and well‑supported environment. You may see different clinicians working from this space depending on your appointment, with a variety of services available to support your health and wellbeing.

When you arrive, please follow the long driveway to the building at the end of the site. You’ll see Active+ signage and blue directional signage to guide you. Our clinic is in Building 2, marked with the number “2 / 192”, and is accessed through the tall white doors on the right once inside the lobby.

Parking is available on site, with a limited number of reserved Active+ car parks available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Additional paid parking and public transport options are nearby, making it easy to get to your appointment.
