About

Diana has been a member of our team at Active+ Ellerslie for the past 2 years, she completed her Physiotherapy degree at Auckland University of Technology in 2022. Diana's interests are exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy for acute injuries as well as gym based rehabilitation post injury/surgery. Throughout the week Diana runs multiple classes in the clinic including the Active Gold and Group Studio classes. Diana also runs our physio services at Summerset Resthome in Ellerslie.

She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, being active, going to the gym and the beach.

• To up-skill in pelvic floor rehabilitation and concussion services through courses.
• To expand my knowledge in reformer Pilates through training.
• To run a half marathon.
