Diana has recently joined our team at Active+ in Ellerslie, she has completed her Physiotherapy degree at Auckland University of Technology. Diana's interests are exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy for acute injuries as well as gym based rehabilitation post injury/surgery. Throughout the week Diana runs multiple classes in the clinic including the Active Gold and Group Studio classes. S enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family, being active, going to the gym and the beach.

My Goals

To up-skill in pelvic floor rehabilitation and concussion services through courses.
To expand my knowledge in reformer Pilates through training.
To run a half marathon.
