About

Erin is the owner of both the Howick and Highbrook clinics. She is an experienced manual therapist with a background in sports physio with over 16 years experience working with Counties Manukau Netball, rugby and rugby league. She is also a qualified acupuncturist. Erin is a Bradcliff practitioner working with clients who have hyperventilation and breathing disorders. She also has special interest areas in Women's health and incontinence management, pregnancy and post-partum and chronic pain. Erin teaches Pilates classes twice a week. Erin manages the work site assessment and corporate health aspects of the Highbrook practice and helps businesses manage their health and safety. She is a busy working Mum with two growing girls who keep her on her toes!
