About us:

Active+ Taranaki have been in the community for over 15 years, providing services to New Plymouth and the wider Taranaki Region. We have clinics in New Plymouth, Hāwera, and Ōpunake. 

Our friendly team offers high-level individual assessment and holistic treatment approaches for all of your needs. We have a gym on-premises to help get you back into all the activities you love to do. Whether it is a musculoskeletal injury, neurological rehabilitation, pilates, or just wanting some general words of advice - we are here to help.

Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Dietitian, Rehab Coach, Pilates Instructor, Speech and Language Therapists and Social Workers. See staff profiles here.

We also have a full team that specialise in working with children, based in our Paediatric clinic. Designed specifically for children and their families, our new space offers a welcoming and supportive environment where kids can thrive. Our expert team of Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Therapists, and Physiotherapists provide specialised care to support development, communication, motor skills, and overall well-being.
