Mat Classes: Mat classes are taught in our gym space. Exercises are done on the floor and may use equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles and elastic for resistance. Mats and any required equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you desire. Suitable for all levels.

Postnatal Pilates: Our postnatal classes are suitable for mums 6 weeks post partum, or once you have been cleared for exercise by your midwife or doctor. These classses are a great way to safely exercise after pregnancy and birth, as well as meeting other new mums. Babies welcome!

Active Aging Class: This class is chair based exercise with a physiotherapist for the first 30min, the last 30mins is with our Occupational therapist doing fun activities.
