Mat Classes: Mat classes are taught in our gym space. Exercises are done on the floor and may use equipment such as foam rollers, magic circles and elastic for resistance. Mats and any required equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you desire. Suitable for all levels.

Postnatal Pilates: Our postnatal classes are suitable for mums 6 weeks post partum, or once you have been cleared for exercise by your midwife or doctor. These classses are a great way to safely exercise after pregnancy and birth, as well as meeting other new mums. Babies welcome!

Active+ After School Club: Our After School Club is an inclusive class for neurodiverse and neurotypical children run by our experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Brooke Maber. Activities are play based and target gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and emotional regulation strategies. Each week has different activities to keep it interesting and engaging for the children.

Pēpē Hīanga: Pēpē Hīanga is our baby sensory class run by our experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Brooke Maber. This class is suitable for newborns & crawlers and each week has a range of different activities to targeting developmental stages. This is a great chance to learn more about the development of your baby and meet some other parents and caregivers in a relaxed environment.
