I have a wealth of experience in senior roles managing teams of people, coaching, mentoring and personal development. I have managed programmes for the last 13 years focused on getting upskilling and supporting disabled people into mainstream work. Professionally I am interested in learning about what interesting lives other people have had and how I can help them to look at new opportunities. Personally, the outdoors, tennis, reading and movies. I am passionate about doing a great job for both the client and the case manager, being efficient, organized and professional.
