Patrina joined Active Plus Ellerslie in March 2008 and takes many of our Mat and Group studio classes. Patrina is a Polestar educated Pilates Instructor with a special interest in Pilates as a stress management tool in addition to its strengthening and toning benefits. She loves Dancing and when she is not instructing Pilates she is busy being mum to her son and daughter.
