About

Kate joined the Active+ whānau in 2021, bringing with her a solid foundation in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since graduating from AUT in 2018. Her passion lies in exercise rehab, post-op recovery, injury prevention, and helping people move and feel better—both physically and mentally.

With a holistic approach to care, Kate looks at the whole person, not just the injury. She’s also trained in Mat Pilates, which she weaves into her one-on-one treatments and group classes to build strength, stability, and confidence.

Kate is a certified Cancer Rehabilitation therapist, and is passionate about helping people navigate the ups and downs of cancer recovery with support, movement, and kindness at the core.

Outside the clinic, Kate loves catching up with friends, visiting family in the deep south, and staying active wherever she can.

Oh—and here’s a fun fact: Kate is also a marriage celebrant! So if you're after a physio who can fix your shoulder and legally marry you (preferably not in the same session)—Kate’s your girl!
