About

Kate obtained her Physiotherapy undergraduate degree from AUT University, graduating in 2018. Having worked in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy since then, Kate joined Active+ in January 2021. Kate's clinical areas of interest include exercise rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention as well as taking Pilates classes. Kate utilises a holistic approach to her clients, encompassing the physical and mental aspects of both injury and recovery. She has qualifications in Mat Pilates instruction which she incorporates into her treatments of clients.

Kate is a qualified Pinc Cancer Rehabilitation therapist, meaning she has a special interest in providing rehabilitation for any women diagnosed with any type of cancer.

Kate enjoys spending time with her friends, visiting family in the deep south and keeping active. 

Fun fact - Kate is also a marriage celebrant!!

My Goals

To increase her knowledge in Pinc Cancer Rehabilitation services to provide specialist care to these clients.
