Katie is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 24 years of clinical experience across the UK and New Zealand. She has extensive expertise in neurological and brain injury rehabilitation, community-based rehabilitation, complex case management and supporting individuals with a wide range of physical, cognitive and functional needs.

Throughout her career, Katie has held senior clinical and leadership positions, including Advanced Practitioner and Therapy Manager roles. She brings considerable experience in multidisciplinary team leadership, clinical supervision, service development and the delivery of specialist rehabilitation programmes.

Katie is passionate about delivering person-centred, evidence-informed care, empowering individuals to maximise their independence, achieve meaningful goals and improve their quality of life. She combines strong clinical expertise with a collaborative and compassionate approach, alongside a commitment to professional development and continuous service improvement.
