About

Kim graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational therapy in 1997. Following junior rotations at Middlemore hospital, Kim left to work in the UK, where she spent 3 years working in Neurology and Neurosurgery both in an inpatient setting in hospitals but also within private clinics in community settings.

Kim returned to Auckland and continued working in Neuro rehabilitation both on the inpatient and outpatient settings at Rehab Plus (Auckland’s specialist Neuro rehabilitation facility). Kim moved into Private Practice in 2003 and started her own Neurological based practice, Rehab Partners Ltd in 2005 working both as a company director and Senior Clinical Occupational therapist.

Kim is Boabth trained (basic level), completed UK Brain Tree Cognitive rehabilitation training, and continues to complete ongoing professional training neurology with a strong focus on cognitive rehabilitation following Brain injury, spinal cord injury and community based client centred practice. Kim works for the Orewa, Warkworth and Snells Beach clinics, providing Training for Indepence and Concussion services in the community.
