Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. Movements are taught with an emphasis on the core principles of breathing, control, relaxation, centering, flow, precision and alignment. Pilates is designed to promote a feeling of physical and mental well-being and also develops inner physical awareness. Pilates is also helpful in preventing and rehabilitating injuries, improving posture, and increasing flexibility, circulation, and balance.
Our classes normally run in 10 week terms along side the school terms. Classes are $10 per session, or you can purchase a concession card for $80 per term (2 classes free).
