 We are excited to welcome a full-time Finance Administrator to our finance team. Join us in our close-knit environment, where well-documented processes and collaborative teamwork drive our shared goal of efficiently managing invoicing and payments. As part of this role, you'll also be involved in ensuring timely payments through a customer-focused approach, enhancing our financial operations. Whether you prefer a hybrid or office-based setup, located in the vibrant heart of Auckland City, we offer flexibility to suit your needs. This role is 40hours per week, during week days.

Active+ is the largest New Zealand owned supplier of rehabilitation services in New Zealand, with over 1100 clinicians across a wide range of disciplines delivering service across New Zealand. We’ve been in business since 1990 and are now a joint venture business with Southern Cross Healthcare New Zealand.

Experience: 

Essential:

  • Minimum of one year in a similar Finance Administration or Accounts Administration role 
  • Experience in the accounts administration of ACC claims
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Financial administration and processing skills
  • Organised and structured in prioritising tasks and excellent time management
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote setting.

 

Desirable:

 

  • Previous experience with Xero Accounting and Monday.com CRM
  • A thorough understanding of ACC contracts and their billing codes 
  • Confident use and understanding of Gensolve Practice Management System
  • Knowledge of the ACC requirements for contract payment 
  • Knowledge and skill in customer relationship management

  • ACC Schedules Management
  • ACC Remittance Management
  • Held and Declined Payments
  • Preparing and Sending BTIs
  • Preparing Reports and Communication as required
  • Invoicing ACC, TPA and other third parties
