- Minimum of one year in a similar Finance Administration or Accounts Administration role
- Experience in the accounts administration of ACC claims
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Financial administration and processing skills
- Organised and structured in prioritising tasks and excellent time management
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience with Xero Accounting and Monday.com CRM
- A thorough understanding of ACC contracts and their billing codes
- Confident use and understanding of Gensolve Practice Management System
- Knowledge of the ACC requirements for contract payment

As part of this role, you'll also be involved in ensuring timely payments through a customer-focused approach, enhancing our financial operations. Whether you prefer a hybrid or office-based setup, located in the vibrant heart of Auckland City, we offer flexibility to suit your needs. This role is 40hours per week, during week days.
