Traditional Chinese Acupuncture – Now Available
We're excited to now have two experienced acupuncturists, Tom and Peidy, available for bookings at Active+ Albany.
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture can help with pain relief, sports injuries, muscle and joint conditions, headaches, stress, and general wellbeing.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
We now offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) provided by our massage therapist, Thati, who has completed the ALERT Lymphoedema Accreditation Training Program through Macquarie University (Australia).
MLD is a gentle, specialised treatment that helps stimulate the lymphatic system and may assist with reducing swelling, improving circulation, supporting post-surgical recovery, and managing lymphoedema.
Treatment is tailored to your individual needs following an assessment to ensure it is appropriate for your condition.
Please book in with our massage therapist Thati (online booking or by phone) - available on Mondays.
ICP (Integrated Care Pathway)
