Eadaoin is a registered physiotherapist and APPI-trained Pilates instructor with experience across musculoskeletal, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Originally from Ireland, she brings an energetic, supportive approach to physiotherapy and enjoys helping people build strength, confidence and independence through personalised treatment and exercise. Eadaoin has a particular interest in Pilates, functional rehabilitation and making movement achievable for people of all abilities.

New to New Zealand, Eadaoin is excited to embrace Kiwi life and experience all the culture, scenery and outdoor adventures Aotearoa has to offer.
