Diana Mamvura
Occupational Therapist

About

Diana is an occupational therapist with more than 20 years of experience across a broad range of practice areas. She graduated with an honours degree in occupational therapy from the University of Zimbabwe. She has worked with a Neurological centre in Zimbabwe before moving to Eswatini where she worked extensively with children and schools supporting learners with different abilities. Since moving to New Zealand in 2023, Diana has developed a strong appreciation for the country’s approach to service delivery. She now provides services under several ACC contracts, specialising in vocational rehabilitation, concussion services and social rehabilitation needs assessments.

Family is central to Diana’s life. She has two teenage children who have settled well and enjoy life in New Zealand. Together, they love travelling, discovering new places and cultures, and exploring Aotearoa’s beautiful natural landscapes. Diana also spends much of her time supporting her children’s after-school activities. Diana is committed to continually expanding her knowledge across ACC contracts and looks forward to developing a specialist area of practice.

To become a Hand Therapist or to take up pain or housing contracts.
