About

Felicity is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience. During this time, she has worked with adults and children in both community and hospital settings in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Based in the Manawatu-Whanganui region, Felicity works with clients across the wider region, providing practical, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to individual needs.

Felicity is passionate about working alongside people to help them look and feel their best through good nutrition. She believes in providing practical, realistic advice that is tailored to each person's health needs, lifestyle, and goals, while being grounded in the latest evidence. Felicity believes that good nutrition is an integral part of a healthy life and that food should be enjoyed, not feared.

Alongside her commitment to continued professional development, Felicity has completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Dietitian Training Course and has undertaken additional training in the nutritional management of bariatric surgery. As a busy mum of three children, Felicity qunderstands the challenges of balancing work, family, and health. She recognises that making healthy choices is not always easy and enjoys helping clients find practical, sustainable strategies that fit into their everyday lives.

Outside of work, Felicity enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and keeping active. These interests help to reinforce her belief that good health is about finding balance and creating sustainable habits that enhance quality of life. Felicity is committed to helping clients make informed food choices and develop sustainable eating habits that support long-term health and wellbeing, empowering them to achieve realistic and lasting improvements in their health.

My Goals

I am determined to run my first (and probably only) marathon in 2028. This is a huge personal goal of mine as running does not come naturally.
