Zoe Tofa
Occupational Therapist

About

Zoe is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping others feel more confident, capable and supported in their everyday life. She graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2016 through Otago Polytechnic/Wintec and has continued completing further postgraduate study.

Zoe has worked in both ACC and DHB services in the Waikato before moving to Whanganui in 2022. Her experience includes concussion rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, paediatrics and sensory processing, which is an area she is especially passionate about. Zoe enjoys working alongside people to find practical, meaningful solutions that help them better understand themselves, navigate challenges and work towards their goals.

Outside of work Zoe is kept busy with her three young children and her many nieces and nephews. She enjoys her family time and keeping active. If she's not spending time with her family, you might find her with friends, doing something creative or on the sidelines of a rugby game cheering someone on!

My Goals

To continue finding a healthy balance between work and life so I can bring my best, most present self to the people I work with, my family, and my wider community.
