Her practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindful Self-Compassion. Laura is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they navigate recovery and everyday life challenges.

Known for her warm, professional, and down-to-earth style, Laura aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys walking her dogs, staying active with family and friends, camping and travelling whenever she gets the chance.
